The Holtzapple Residence is a modest single family ranch home located in Mifflinburg. Originally built in the 70’s the sidewalks and landscaping remained relatively unchanged for many years. BMDLA prepared plans and implemented changes including a new paver sidewalk, decorative garden wall, and new landscaping.
